  • Inside oven and inside refrigerator cleaned
  • Inside/behind dishwasher front panel
  • Cabinet interiors detailed (upon request or if empty)
  • Stovetop, hood & backsplash degreased
  • Grout and tile scrubbed, small appliances wiped down
  • Underneath sink area cleaned

Bathrooms

  • Grout and tile scrubbed in shower/tub
  • Soap scum and hard water buildup removed
  • Cabinet interiors detailed, trash cans disinfected
  • Exhaust fan covers and walls wiped down

Kitchen

  • Inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers (construction dust removed)
  • Countertops detailed — adhesive, paint or grout residue removed

  • Stickers/protective coverings removed from appliances and fixtures
  • Sink, faucet & backsplash cleaned and degreased
