Part-Time Cleaner
Professionally clean customer homes using our cleaning procedures and products. As a team member, you're responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes to our standard.
No experience? That's fine — we provide paid training. Prior cleaning experience just means you may start higher in the pay range. Plus, as a part-time team member: free uniforms, paid time off, and performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Clean all surfaces in the home — fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors
- Clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms when needed
- Vacuum stairs, carpet, hard-surface floors, and furniture
- Move reasonably movable furniture to clean under and behind it
- Carry cleaning products and equipment to/from the vehicle and customers' homes
- Help keep supplies stocked and equipment maintained
- Show up in uniform, dependable and on time, with a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses
- Ability to read cleaning instructions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
- Comfortable with regular exposure to pet hair, dust, and cleaning solutions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Contractor Cleaner
Prefer full control over your schedule? As an independent contractor, you choose which jobs to take on and when — we'll match you with scheduled homes across Greater Houston that fit your availability. You're responsible for your own taxes as a 1099 contractor, and performance bonuses are available based on job quality and reliability.
