Question 1

How fast can you turn around a cleaning between guests?

Accepted Answer

Turnover bookings use a shorter same-day lead time than our standard residential bookings, so you can typically book a cleaning for later the same day, not just days in advance.

Question 2

How do you get into the property?

Accepted Answer

Just leave lockbox codes, gate codes, or key-location details in the access instructions field when you book. No need to meet the crew in person.

Question 3

Do you handle multiple properties?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Book each property's turnover separately as its checkout date comes up. Each booking is priced by that unit's bedroom count.

Question 4

How is turnover cleaning priced?

Accepted Answer

A flat rate based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, plus any add-ons. Making beds is always included at no extra charge. Airbnb/VRBO turnovers are priced at our Standard clean rate and pre-select the add-ons most guest turnovers need (appliance cleaning, inside cabinets, wash and fold laundry). Residential rental turnovers are priced at our Move In/Out clean rate and pre-select interior windows & blinds plus appliance cleaning and cabinets. Every add-on is shown with its price and can be removed if you don't need it (carpet washing, for example, is available but not pre-selected).

Question 5

Can I book multiple units at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Set the number of units when booking and we'll price and schedule the same clean across all of them in one order.
