Do you clean apartments and condos, not just houses?
Yes — every service tier (standard, deep, move-in/out, and post-construction) works the same for apartments and condos as it does for houses. Just enter your address and unit details in the quote builder and we'll price it exactly the same way.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — a 20% deposit secures your booking and is fully refunded if you cancel with 24+ hours' notice. The remaining balance is charged automatically to the same card once your cleaning is complete, so there's no second payment step.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Reschedule as many times as you need, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice get a full deposit refund; cancellations closer to the appointment forfeit the deposit.
What if my home needs more time or a bigger clean than I booked?
Your crew will always talk to you on-site first — nothing changes to your price without your OK. If more time is needed, it's billed at a reduced $55/hour; if the scope changes, we'll email you a receipt showing exactly what changed.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right — often with a free re-clean of the affected areas.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — just make sure we have a safe way in (a key, code, or someone to let us in) and that pets are secured in a separate room or crate before we arrive.
Can I pause or cancel my recurring subscription?
Yes, anytime — pause, change frequency, or cancel entirely from the "Manage your subscription" link in your emails. Canceling a single visit doesn't affect the rest of your plan.
How far in advance can I book, and how last-minute?
As little as 6 hours' notice, or as far as 60 days ahead.
What are your hours?
We clean Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm. We're closed Sundays.
